Terms of Service

• Use Poke Vendor for tracking your TCG collection. That's the deal.
• Don't abuse the service, scrape it, or break the law with it.
• We're a hobby project — no warranties, no guarantees of uptime or accuracy.
• Pricing data comes from public sources and may be wrong. Don't make big trades on our numbers alone.
• You can leave any time — your data is yours.

Poke Vendor ("the service") is a free hobby tool for tracking Pokémon TCG portfolios. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One person, one account — no shared logins for vendors operating multiple identities.
• You can delete your account at any time, which removes your portfolio data.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the service.
• Reverse engineer, attempt to bypass security, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Upload illegal content, spam, malware, or personal data of other people.
• Impersonate other people or vendors.
• Use a public profile to facilitate fraud, counterfeit sales, or money laundering.
• Squat on usernames you don't intend to use, or register usernames intended to mislead (e.g. impersonating known vendors or brands).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including reclaiming squatted or impersonating usernames.

Card prices and market data shown on Poke Vendor come from public sources (TCGPlayer, pokemontcg.io, TCGCSV). They may be incorrect, stale, or missing. Profit/loss calculations are estimates only. Do not make material financial or trading decisions based solely on numbers from this service. Always verify pricing on TCGPlayer or another primary source before transacting.

If you mark cards public or "for sale," you're voluntarily publishing that information. Poke Vendor does NOT mediate transactions, escrow funds, or verify identities. Any sale or trade resulting from contact via your public profile is entirely between you and the buyer. We are not a marketplace and assume no responsibility for the conduct of either party.

Pokémon and all related properties (card art, set logos, character names) are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, and The Pokémon Company. Poke Vendor displays card metadata and images solely to help users identify and track their collections — we are an unaffiliated third-party tool and claim no rights to that intellectual property.

The Poke Vendor application code and design are © the project maintainer. The data you enter (your portfolio, profile, notes) remains yours.

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that data displayed (including prices) is accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service maintainer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost profits from card transactions, misidentification of cards, mispriced trades, lost data, or service downtime.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time; doing so removes your portfolio data and ends your right to use the service.

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in-app to signed-in users at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and your local jurisdiction. Any disputes are to be resolved in good faith first via direct contact, and only if that fails through binding arbitration in a venue chosen by mutual agreement.
